On this course you will learn key upholstery skills in a small group.
In two days you could, for example:
- Design and make your own upholstered headboard; or
- Reupholster your own chair (such as a dining chair) with either a drop in or fixed seat; or
- Make your own footstool using the Centre’s frame
You will learn traditional and modern upholstery skills that you can use in your own home time after time.
Tools will be provided. You can either bring along or purchase the materials and frames you require at the Centre. You will also have the opportunity to purchase your footstool or headboard creation and tools at the end of the two days, if you wish!
This course runs on weekdays is suitable for all levels of proficiency and experience. Each student works at their own pace.
Your days will start at 9.30am and finish at 4.30pm.
