On this one day course you will learn how to make an interlined roman blind.

You will learn how to measure a window; position the blind on the inside & outside of a recess and the benefits of both; measure the face fabric; calculate standard rod pocket spacing; cut & prepare the lining; prepare the face fabric; insert the interlining; attach the lining; complete the top of the blind; insert the rods and bar weight; sew on the blind rings; and attach to a headrail or baton.

Your tutor Leanne is a qualified teacher who is also trained and fully qualified in curtain making and soft furnishings. She has been making soft furnishings professionally for almost 10 years.

The day will start at 9am and finish at 4.30pm.
