On this one day course you will learn how to make a lined pencil pleat curtain.

You will be taught step by step from measuring a window to your curtain being ready to hang.

You will learn how to measure a window; estimate the fabric requirement; measure & cut the fabric; prepare the face fabric for attaching the lining, including hand stitched mitred corners; and attach the heading tape with a sewing machine. You will take home a sample size finished curtain

Your tutor Leanne is a qualified teacher who is also trained and fully qualified in curtain making and soft furnishings. She has been making soft furnishings professionally for almost 10 years.

The day will start at 9am and finish at 4.30pm.
